From a young age, I discovered that few things move me more deeply than witnessing someone grow into who they were always meant to be. Watching people take brave steps toward emotional wellness—while shedding the beliefs and burdens that once held them back—solidified my calling as a counselor.

I believe in the innate human capacity to heal. My role is to walk alongside you, offering evidence-based tools and compassionate guidance, while empowering you to reconnect with your inner wisdom.
